A: There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns on tarot decks. 

Q: What should I do if my deck arrives damaged?
A: All tarot decks are shipped with insurance. On the off chance your tarot deck arrives damaged, a replacement deck or replacement for individual damaged cards can be arranged.

Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: If you have already moved and you need to update your shipping address, go to your order page. Read steps on how to update your shipping address 

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, but only if it has not been processed for shipping. Additionally, if your item is a pre-order, it cannot be canceled. For orders that have not shipped, you have 14 days from the time you placed your order to cancel and request a refund. If your order has already shipped it is too late to cancel your order.  

Q: Why are pre-order sales final?
A: Pre-orders provide us with the necessary funds to complete our printing process. As such, all pre-order sales are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Q: What happens if my order has already shipped?
A: Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel or make changes to it. At this stage, all sales are considered final.

A: Yes, a digital 169-page e-booklet is included with your order. Upon ordering, you'll receive an email from SendOwl, providing a download link for the Golden Eclipse Tarot e-booklet, which serves as a handy reference guide.

A: 
The link to download automatically is sent at purchase, and when you receive your tracking number. If you still did not find the link to download, contact us, and we'll manually resend you the link to download.
